About Us
D & D Smith Winery is ran by a family of five. We have all been a part of making wine for over a decade!
We have been in business since February 2008 and have gone through our 1st "crush season" in the fall of 2008. We have opened a winery to provide tastings, GREAT TIMES, private parties, indoor/outdoor seating, and entertainment (check out our calendar for events). November 25th 2011 we've been open here for 2 years! Thank you for support!
We are located at 401 W. Main Street in Norwalk, Ohio 44857. It's somewhat tricky to locate. Follow West Main St to Rt 61, head South, just past the Armory go right onto West Main St. The first yellow house you see on the left is our Winery.

We have food on Friday nights from 6pm-8pm All you Can Eat Spaghetti and Meat Sauce for $6.50 includes Salad, and Garlic Bread from Pizza Post in Norwalk (good stuff!). Choose a beverage to go along with it!
We will start having foods brought in each Saturday from a different restaurant on Saturday nights from 5-8pm (or when gone!). Check out the menu on our Calendar each week!
Humbling new beginnings. I'll start adding some photos of our 1st year producing wine, our winery before it was a winery, and some photos of the same spot now in the near future. Before and after shots! This is in the basement of our home around September 2008. We took a room, put locks on both doors (for our federals you know!), had 7 tanks of 600 liters each, a 6 prong bottle filler shown and a stand alone hand corker. That was the start of D and D Smith Winery! More to come!

Meet Selma!! She is a Brain Cancer Survivor! We had a 5k run in July (sorry so late getting this up there) and her family came out to run the benefit in her name! We wish the best for all in fighting this disease.
Well, this is part of the starting line! We had around 45 show up for this race and many who stayed for the evening of raffles and foods.
We gave out awards, gifts, baskets, did a few raffles then retired indoors to listen to some music by Acoustic Scotty and had enough items donated to do raffles every 20 minutes till midnight!! This was fun and we were able to raise some well needed money for Brain Cancer patients. We'll try it again next year....keep us in mind to participate in this wonderful event!
